I work primarily with girls, gays, and theys who are coping with depression, anxiety, spiritual transitions, the perinatal life phase, and neurodivergence. Many clients I work with are seeking to heal generational patterns. I like working with folx ages 5-55 (with some flexibility).

My therapeutic approach is based in-person-centered, feminist, and occasionally Jungian schools of thought. One of my unique specialties is integrating astrology (upon client request, of course). My training is mind-body-spirit centered, and I believe those things to be inseparable parts of what makes a person whole. Somatic-guided meditation is a favorite.
