✔️ Explore the psychological and emotional impact of religious conditioning with special consideration for the impacts of purity culture and shame
✔️ Learn tools for grounding, self-trust, and nervous system regulation
✔️ Reclaiming a sense of empowerment, personal choice, beliefs and values

Individuals who have experienced religious trauma frequently contend with challenges such as self-doubt, anxiety, fear of punishment, and difficulties in self-trust. Additionally, they may face issues related to relationships and their personal identity. We are organizing a 6-week group for individuals in the process of recovery from religious trauma, with particular attention to the effects of purity culture and the associated feelings of shame.
