Puget Sound Psychotherapy & Psychiatry (PSP) is a private mental health clinic serving children, teens, adults, couples, and families of all constellations in the Greater Seattle area (we are located in Madison Valley). We provide individual, family, and relationship counseling, as well as psychiatric medication management. Open Positions: Psychiatric NP and Mental Health Clinician
Puget Sound Psychotherapy & Psychiatry is looking to find a licensed mental health provider (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) who can provide 24-30 weekly hours of counseling to adult individuals (and couples, children, and families, if interested).
This is an opportunity to enjoy the flexibility and autonomy of private practice with administrative support within a group setting – we provide your administrative needs, you get to focus on your clinical services. We manage patient intake, insurance billing, patient financial accounts, and electronic billing systems. You determine and manage your schedule and your treatment approach. We are there to take the billing, marketing, and insurance work off of your hands.
We are looking for fully licensed, independent mental health practitioners dedicated to personal and professional growth, high-quality patient care, and a caring, collegial office culture.
• Graduate of an Accredited Mental Health Graduate Program
• Licensed in the State of WA as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW, with maintenance of continuing education requirements
• Active membership in a professional service organization
Gross collections less billing and administrative fees. Average earnings are $40,000-$50,000 in contracted first year, $50,000-$60,000 in second year, and many make over $70,000/year in additional years as you stay on (depending on hours of services provided and your personal goals).
