Meaghan O’Neil

LMFTA

Clients describe her as Grounding, Playful, and Connected.

Meaghan's therapy style is comforting, empowering and collaborative.

I seek to help all clients get to know themselves better. My style of therapy is friendly, non-judgemental, and sprinkled with humor. I aim to create a space where clients feel comfortable to show up as themselves and explore deeper parts of who they are. I collaborate with clients to understand patterns in their thinking, relationships, and behaviors, in order to help them develop coping strategies to live a more grounded and connected life.

I work with families, children, individuals, and couples. I used an attachment-based lens in order to help myself and my clients better understand their emotions. Relationships are an important part of a fulfilled life, and yet, they can be tricky. I love getting the chance to help families and couples navigate those tricky parts. My training in systemic thinking helps me to track patterns and maintain a broad perspective when working with a client’s specific goals and needs.
