Your therapy style is non-judgemental, collaborative, and honest.
I am a relational therapist, specializing in couples and adult individuals who are struggling with relationships, intimacy, anxiety, and trauma. I use a collaborative and non-judgmental approach with my clients to support them in discovering their goals for therapy, finding new perspectives, and disrupting harmful patterns that may be showing up.
I draw from a number of evidence-based treatment styles and tailor my approach to each individual and couple, but am primarily person-centered and strengths-based. This means I am passionate about building strong relationships with my clients, to understand their individual values, needs, and goals. I approach all clients with openness, honesty, and authenticity, and am focused on understanding the ways you make meaning out of your experiences.
I believe there is profound power in the therapeutic relationship to create space for clients to cultivate authenticity, vulnerability, and intentional risk taking. I am dedicated to creating a space for clients of all different identities and backgrounds to feel safe and supported in processing their experiences. This includes LGBTQia+, poly, and kink clients.
Currently, I have openings for adults and couples, both in person and remote. I would be happy to discuss what you can expect from our sessions. I look forward to working with you!

“When a person is hurting… understanding is called for. The gentle and sensitive companionship of an empathic stance provides illumination and healing. In such situations deep understanding is the most precious gift one can give to another.” – A Way of Being, Carl Rogers
