Fees and Insurance
Common Questions
How do I schedule an appointment?
Visit our Appointment Page to schedule an appointment.
Do you take insurance?
Please contact us to find out if the specific clinician you would like to see can take your insurance, or use the insurance search tool on the Clinician page to sort by your specific insurance plan.
Most of our clinicians are in network with all or some of the following companies:
- Premera
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- LifeWise
- Regence
- Kaiser Permanente
- First Choice Health
- Aetna
- Cigna (Geoff Fong only)
Unfortunately, at this time we are not in-network with AppleCare, Medicaid/Medicare or Tricare plans.
Note: If you are using your insurance and we are a contracted provider, the fee is determined by the contracted rate schedule set by your insurance provider. First sessions are usually billed at a higher rate. We provide estimates as part of the intake/scheduling process but also always want you to confirm your coverage with your insurance company.
What steps do I need to take to use my insurance?
Before your first appointment, call your insurance company or HR department and ask these specific questions:
- Do I have behavioral health coverage?
- Is my behavioral health coverage subjected to a deductible?
- How much is my deductible?
- What is my co-pay or co-insurance?
- Is my telehealth coverage different than in-person visits?
Fees for clients not using insurance vary by clinician, please see the clinician bio page for respective fees.
