6-Week Journey of Connection and Growth

Join Our Men's Group: A 6-Week Journey of Connection and Growth

Starting in November, we’re offering a 6-week online men's group on Tuesday nights, designed to provide a space for men to connect, grow, and explore deeper aspects of masculinity. Here’s what you need to know:

Each session will be divided into two parts:
  1. Check-in: The first half is an open discussion where each man has a few minutes to share how he's doing—mentally, emotionally, and physically.
  2. Exploration & Discussion: The second half will focus on exploring key masculine archetypes and other relevant topics. This is not a lecture series, but an interactive exchange where all men are encouraged to participate, share, and even debate. The goal is to foster deeper insights, support one another, and leave feeling resourced and more connected.
Focus Topics

Our first four meetings will dive into the archetypes outlined in Robert Moore and Douglas Gillette’s King, Warrior, Magician, Lover. We’ll also draw from Angeles Arrien’s The Four-Fold Way.

Additional topics might include:

  • Active and Passive Shadows
  • Undiscovered Gold
  • Shame and Guilt
  • Vulnerability and Courage
  • Open Mind/Closed Heart
  • What Does It Really Mean to Be a Man?
Meeting Schedule
  • Nov 12: The Lover
  • Nov 19: The Warrior
  • Nov 26: The Magician
  • Dec 3: The King
  • Dec 10 & Dec 17: Additional topics and reflections

Time: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

Cost: $30 per session
