Carrie's clients describe her as compassionate, funny, and thoughtful.
Her approach to therapy is trauma-informed, process-oriented, and collaborative.
I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey towards emotional wellbeing and personal growth. With compassion, cultural humility, and a smidge of humor, I aim to foster a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment where we can explore challenges, gain insight, and develop strategies to help you thrive.
My approach to therapy is rooted in a strong therapeutic alliance that honors your unique experiences and strengths and integrates evidence-based interventions. Together, we will examine your patterns of thoughts, behaviors, and emotions in order to identify opportunities for growth and change. Through our work, you will gain greater self-awareness, develop coping skills, and cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.
My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions. I work with adults and adolescents age 16+.
In my free time I like to cook, draw, and engage in dance contests with my dog. Sometimes she lets me win.
