Join Kate Dillon and Dea Luvon for a 20-minute session designed to help you reset, refocus, and recharge as you navigate the election season with clarity.

She guides practices of mindful awareness and compassion and loves supporting the creative and healing journey of people who want to experience life and relationships more deeply and with greater ease. She is a mom, loves sports, and thrives in nature - hiking, wandering, camping, both by the sea and in the mountains.
Dea Luvon

Dea Luvon is a licensed mental health counselor associate who works with teens and adults. Dea works with ways to help clients with the mind-body connection, whether through dance and movement, breathing and meditation exercises, or somatic exercises. Dea is in training in Core Energetics at the Seattle School of Body Psychotherapy but also incorporates Cognitive Processing Therapy and Realization Process into her work. Dea is a parent and lives in the magical Methow Valley where the mountains and rivers are an essential part of her aliveness in the physical world.”
