Nico Kladis
Pronouns: he/him

I have worked in the field of mental health counseling for the last 15 years, in settings ranging from wilderness therapy, community mental health, residential treatment, public schools and private practice. I am a life-long student committed to our capacity to heal and grow. This work has moved me to my bones and I am honored to witness the realness of our human journey together. All of you is welcome here. I am committed to inclusivity and all identities that are important to you. I’ve had the opportunity to facilitate deep transformational work with adults, veterans, teens, families and couples. I have worked extensively in the field of addiction and recovery and specialize in work with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, purpose, psychedelic integration and issues specific to men and the male psyche. I support clients using experiential and somatic approaches alongside traditional talk therapy. I like to share resources and empower those I work with in regards to what we are learning about the nervous system and trauma through the latest neuroscience research. I may suggest techniques that involve nature, mindfulness, writing, movement and ritual as part of the process to help unlock unconscious patterns and internal messages. I am trained in Gestalt Therapy and Somatic Parts Work as well as EMDR utilizing an attachment based framework. I work virtually with folks throughout the state and in person in Port Townsend/Chimakum-S’Klallam land and occasionally in Seattle/Duwamish land. I also offer multi-day immersions for groups and individuals.
