Jennifer Olson
Pronouns: she/ her

I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist honored to assist partners, individuals, and families to reconnect—with themselves, each other, and the world around them. My work centers on exploring emotional needs that may have been dismissed, buried, or left undiscovered while gently recognizing patterns that helped in the past but now make it harder to connect.

I draw from a selection of experiential approaches to guide clients toward deeper self-awareness, healing relational wounds, and discover meaningful next steps. Together, we will explore internal and relational dynamics, which have shaped your experiences to transform old patterns into more authentic and fulfilling ways of being.

I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients are heard, understood, and valued—one that inspires clarity, emotional discovery, and the ability to expand awareness of choice amidst life’s challenges.

My therapeutic methodologies and approaches are as follows:

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gestalt Therapy, Gottman Method, Somatic Experiencing, and skills utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
