Bethany Thomas
Pronouns: she/her/hers

Everyone deserves a space to heal. Together, we will create that space for you. Whether you are struggling with depression, grief, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, addiction, relationship/family issues, religious trauma or gender/sexuality issues, I believe that you are capable of growing into who you want to be.

I firmly believe that the struggle itself has no moral alignment. I am not here to judge you or tell you what you are doing wrong. I think that people usually know what is best for themselves and often only need someone to affirm this and encourage them.

You are not “crazy.” Your worth does not come from your productivity. You are doing the best you can, and you deserve the space to do more. Let’s work together!

“Serenity is what we get when we quit hoping for a better past.” – Unknown
