Ann Husack
Pronouns: she/her

I recognize the incredible vulnerability it takes to share your story, and I am dedicated to creating a space that allows you to do just that. My approach is centered on creating a nonjudgmental, warm, and collaborative relationship, which allows for deeper human connection. I believe in the transformative power of relationships and the holistic integration of mind, body, and spirit. By embracing all these different parts of ourselves, we can find deeper meaning and intimacy with ourselves and others.

I employ a diverse range of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet the individual needs of my clients. With training and experience in CBT, SFBT, AEDP, and Child-Centered Play Therapy, I work with clients of all ages, including adolescents, individuals, and couples. My practice involves developing personalized treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, and fostering connections with community resources to support clients on their path to healing and growth.

Every person has their own unique story filled with love, sorrow, joy, and hardships. The beauty of being human lies in experiencing both the good and the bad, but you never have to face it alone. Therapy provides a space to alleviate the loneliness often felt during the most painful parts of life. Having someone beside you, sharing in your pain or joy, is something we all need as human beings. I invite you into this therapeutic relationship, assuring you that you don’t have to carry it all on your own any longer.
