Andrea Davis
Pronouns: She/Her

As a seasoned Mental Health Counselor for 14 years and a Certified Coach, my practice focuses on supporting those who are looking to change and build new narratives. My style of therapy is informal, interactive, collaborative, while responding to each person’s unique needs. Together we explore your personal & professional experiences, family of origin, relationships, work-life to uncover your intuitive knowledge for processing and managing challenges during life transitions. Using a variety of techniques and focusing on strategies for success, we will discover your strengths that help with issues like anxiety, depression, CPTSD, grief & loss, loneliness, aging, career, communication, relationships, and cross-cultural differences that will help you make the changes you want.

After twelve years of living and working in Brazil, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Taiwan, and Italy, before becoming a therapist, I taught the framework of culture as a contract trainer for several companies in the US as well as a consultant developing programs that focused on both personal and professional development within colleges and corporations.

Following my graduation in psychology from Antioch University I worked as a therapist at Fort Lewis McChord, with soldiers, veterans & families before starting my own practice as a mental health counselor and certified coach using tools such as CBT, solution-focused problem solving, focusing, DBT, positive psychology, Enneagram and a personality profile MBTI.
