I approach sessions in a warm, collaborative and individualized way. It is my goal to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment to explore and process the things that are impacting you in your daily life. My practice is grounded in the belief that we all have answers within us, but we sometimes need a little help to get re-connected to that wise self.
