Origin Story
Meet the Founders
Puget Sound Psychotherapy & Psychiatry was founded in 2014 by two therapists, Evonne Noble and Brien Wood. A common issue colleagues faced was the professional and personal challenges of working in isolation. Therapists found that running a practice distracted them from the clinical work they were most passionate about, especially when insurance was involved.
With Evonne’s background in business, financial, and operations management experience along with Brien's reputation as an excellent clinician, PSP was born as a way to offer private practice psychotherapists a turn-key business solution with a full suite of practice management services and community support. From the original 5 clinicians in 2014, Puget Sound Psychotherapy & Psychiatry has grown into a collective of more than two dozen mental health providers and two psychiatric prescribers, spanning a wide array of specialities professional offerings.

The Team Today
Puget Sound Psychotherapy & Psychiatry is owned and managed by Evonne Noble. Kaleigh Jodice serves as the PSP Office Manager, overseeing our robust client care team and keeping our Madison Valley Office welcoming for therapists and clients alike. The PSP client care team makes the magic happen behind the scenes by handling intake, accounts, insurance verification, and administrative issues so that the therapy process is smooth for the clients and the clinicians. We have a multi-person dedicated billing team to answer billing questions 9am-5pm Monday through Friday to keep all insurance issues moving smoothly.
We are proud of the dynamic community of clinicians at PSP with many experienced clinical leaders and supervisors. Brien Wood, Brittany Bacon, Alex Contrades, Rue Cvetovac, Becka Shaw and Gabe Gomez are part of our supervision and mentoring teams that support our associate-level clinicians in their fellowship training program.
The clinicians at Puget Sound Psychotherapy & Psychiatry share a belief that we as healers must work on personal development just as much as professional growth. We are right in the muck alongside our clients as we each work to be more self-aware, more compassionate, and to bring not just rigor and but also humor and joy into our therapy.
