Welcome

I believe that healing happens within the context of a safe, non-judgmental relationship, and my goal is to provide a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood in all your complexity.

What I’m passionate about

I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals navigating major life transitions—whether you are adjusting to a new home and culture after moving from another state or country, navigating the uncertainty of a career change, or doing the delicate work of redefining boundaries within estranged or strained family dynamics. My approach is dedicated to providing an affirming and inclusive space for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent individuals, recognizing how systemic factors and unique identities shape our mental health. Transitions often pull us between who we were and who we are becoming. My goal is to help you bridge that gap, providing a grounded presence as you find clarity and a renewed sense of self.

How I work

In our work together we will explore the patterns and experiences that may be keeping you feeling stuck. My approach is deeply experiential and holistic as I aim to create a space that is collaborative and supportive. I integrate Gestalt therapy, Lifespan Integration, and Internal Family Systems to help clients stay present with their immediate experiences while they explore different parts of their inner world and help heal past traumas that may still be impacting their current wellbeing.
