Dea works with individuals through a somatic lens, helping them reconnect with themselves, express unspoken emotions, and shift patterns that no longer serve them. For those who feel there is something more to life but can’t quite grasp it, Dea offers a space to explore what’s beneath the surface. By tuning deeper layers of experience, Dea guides clients in uncovering deep, unconscious patterns, recognizing where emotions are held, and learning how to release them. This approach fosters greater self-awareness and a sense of aliveness, allowing clients to move beyond old narratives and step into a more authentic, embodied way of living.
With couples, Dea integrates Nonviolent Communication to foster honest, compassionate dialogue where both partners can express themselves without harm and truly hear one another. Beyond verbal communication, Dea uses somatic practices to help couples attune to themselves in their partnership. By deepening awareness of these physical and emotional responses, couples can move past habitual patterns, engage with each other more fully, and cultivate a relationship rooted in presence, attunement, and mutual understanding. Through this work, couples can experience a renewed sense of vitality and connection, bringing more aliveness into their relationship.
