Nicholas Boswell
Pronouns: He/Him

Dr. Boswell is a board-certified psychiatrist who believes that mental health care should be thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in what matters most to each individual. While his role focuses on medication management, he takes a broad approach to treatment—incorporating psychotherapeutic principles, lifestyle changes, and a deep understanding of what drives each person. His goal is to help patients make sense of their struggles, better understand themselves, and find a path forward that brings clarity and relief.

Before moving to Seattle, Dr. Boswell trained at UT Southwestern in Dallas, where he developed a strong interest in psychotherapy as an essential part of psychiatric care. He has worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and academic environments, giving him a well-rounded perspective on mental health treatment. He values an evidence-based approach while recognizing that mental health is deeply personal; treatment works best when it respects both the science and the unique experiences of each person.

Dr. Boswell strives to create a space where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their care. He enjoys working with individuals who want an active role in their treatment and appreciates the opportunity to help patients find meaning and balance in their lives.
